Manageability and Data Changes

You have many properties with many different systems. We support you in managing the properties access and security. Optionally we provide training on how to manage the door access system or simply have us manage it for you. Changes to the door access programming are guaranteed to be completed in one business day. And to manage costs, we offer plans with unlimited changes to door access programming for a fixed fee. You submit your request via our InternetExtranet Portal and we take care of the rest, including an email verification to you when the change is complete.

Monitoring

Multi-unit residential buildings need fire, elevator emergency call, environmental (e.g., furnace, water, temperature) and security monitoring. Our monitoring packages will provide you with a single point of contact for all services and will save you money.

Same Day Service Response Guarantee (in qualifying zip codes)

Your system is useless if it is not working. One of the biggest complaints we hear about security companies is their lack of prompt responsiveness. With that in mind, our guarantee is that for service calls received by 9AM on business days, you will see us the same day. For calls after 9AM you are guaranteed a visit the next business day (although we will strive to be there the same day, if possible). Should we fail to meet this guarantee, we will waive our $85 service call fee.
