The Brivo Access Control solution is truly state of the art offering an integrated web interface for managing access to a single site or many sites.

The Brivo Access Control Solution is uniquely powerful in its ability to cost-effectively control access to a single site or hundreds of sites around the word. It has the flexibility to operate as a self-contained system or in conjunction with Brivo's centralized data center as a Software as a Service (Saas) solution. Furthermore, each sites can be tied together via existing LAN and Internet connections or over cellular data networks depending on the characteristics of each site.

Manage Door Access Control from Anywhere
Brivo controls access to your system through a secure Website. You delegate who has access to login and manage your door access control system.

Activity Reports of Who Accessed What
Detailed activity reports show who accessed what when and who tried, and failed, to access a location. Door Access Control activity reports can be viewed by location, person, time, or group. Through a single interface you may view access across multiple sites anywhere in the world.

Detailed User Records with Photo, Fingerprint, and Other Information and Credentials
Access Control Managers can create, edit, and review user credentials for all users in a single web interface. This record can be used to review user activity, generate a security badge or store information in custom fields you define.

Access Control Managers can view all access and denied access attempts by a user. This unified report can show access to all properties no matter where in the world they are located.

Manage Access Permission Groups

Manage Access Control Schedules
Schedules can be defined and applied to users groups and doors and sites. One user group can be granted access to specific areas as defined times. Attempts to access areas outside of those schedules will result in a denial. Schedules can be defined and applied across all sites of for a specific site. Areas (e.g., doors, elevator floors, etc) can be unlocked at specified hours and locked at others.

Define Exceptions Based on Holiday Schedules
Access Control exceptions can be defined by holiday schedules. This is particularly important for doors scheduled to be unlocked during business hours which should be locked on holidays.

Notification Rules Send Alerts to Email and Cell Phones
Notifications can be set to send an email or page when someone is granted access to a specified area or when access to an area is denied. Attempts to access sensitive areas can be monitored and alerts will provide immediate response.

Access to an area can be controlled by group allowing for simplified access control administration as well as rapid response (e.g., access by contractors or cleaning crew can be changed across all sites with a click of a mouse).

Setup and Manage Authorized Brivo Access Control Administrators
Central Access Control Managers can delegate control to others so that any access policy changes are tracked to the individual making that change. Specific areas an individual Access Control Managers can can modify can be specified and delegated. So, the security manager of a particular facility can manage their own access.
